No Idea Where To Start..
My fitness journey began way back in 2016. I was actually underweight and one day I just had this urge to go to a gym and see what’s up’s up and how can i change that. I was at university at that time and lucky me we had a gym on campus so I started going with one of my friends. Of course, as anyone who was just starting something new, I had no idea where to start or what I needed actually. So i simply used to google and youtube general things like “workout” and “healthy eating”, whatever came up I just did. I use to see all these meal preps ideas and people doing cardio. I have a fast metabolism and I have never known that about myself. Having a fast metabolism means you digest quickly basically. Digesting quickly means it is hard to gain weight without a proper diet and workout routine, which is something that took me years to realize and understand.. anyway, with time i started reading more on supplements and meal preps and I use to follow workout routine’s I’d see online. I realized that all this working out and eating clean DID in fact help me but there was something so huge that I had completely forgot to take into consideration.. HOW TO GAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT.
Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone…
My workouts helped me build muscle and of course eating clean has its benefits but when you learn

about your body type & your body’s needs, you’ll have a clearer understanding on how to fuel it and gradually get the results you need with that proper guidance. I later on signed up for a gym and one day when i was working out, I saw a group of 3 women working out together and they each looked sooo fit and healthy. I was shy but i muscled up the courage and asked if i can train with them and they were so nice to let me ^_^ shout out to them, they have no idea that it was that day with them that changed my perspective on fitness in general. I learned so much from them and they gave me workouts to do with different intensities that I’ve NEVER tried in my little gym life and let me tell you, that was exactly what i didn’t know I needed. I then met a trainer who at the time I didn’t know was a trainer and asked if we can workout together as well (introvert me would neverrrr) i would never be the type to do that but I’m happy that I did and it definitely had its benefits. Sometimes it’s the things you fear the most that bring you the most joy and in my case, I was totally mind blown. Things like this can switch your approach and perspective to things for the better!

After a Few Months..
A few months past and I got the hang of things and ate + took my supplements religiously, progress was showing on me. I then went to another gym “SPARK” and thats where my bulking story began. I took everything I learned and added more to it. With help of inspos I found on socials and help from people I’ve met through my fitness journey. I have successfully gained and maintained about 20kg within a span of about 8-9years. I thank with all my heart all the people and situations and endless research that shaped me (literally). I feel much healthier and more confident about how I look and feel. It was such a long but truly rewarding journey that honestly is not even nearly over because we are always learning, always growing, always setting new goals!
2025 Fitness Goal..
Which brings me to my new journey that I’ve starting from the beginning of 2025. Sculpting and toning is the phase I’m in right now. I’m working on the stair master for 30 min to an hour (which took months to be able to do for that long btw..)

I can go more in depth about the stair master challenge I have done previously. I’m also attending hot sculpt and pilate classes which is a first for me! This is a whole new experience and challenge for me since throughout the years all I’ve done was learn to GAIN, not to LOSE weight. I’m excited and I will be taking you with me on this journey!
I hope this little story of mine helps and inspires you to try new things and to believe that hard work definitely pays off even if it takes time, it is a journey to embrace yourself. Also, you’d be surprised at how leaving your comfort zone is actually a good thing! <33
